Installation of Quartz Countertops & Undermount Sink
“We recently purchased Quartz countertops, undermount stainless steel sink, and Delta faucet from Keith’s Kitchens. They were very helpful in explaining the different styles and products from which to choose. We selected Quartz for it’s ease of care and durability. The company who manufactured the countertops sent their representative to get precise measurements of our counters. He was very professional, friendly and did a fantastic job. After the measurements were submitted, we were given an installation date and time. The three men who did the install were punctual, professional, friendly and neat. The were hisptanic, however, one of them spoke English and the other two spoke broken English. We had no problem with communication. The following day, the plumber arrived (on schedule) to install the faucet and any necessary new plumbing, relocate our garbage disposal and reconnect our dishwasher. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He arrived on time, worked diligently and when the job was complete, he cleaned up completely….leaving his work area spotless. We could not have been more pleased. Also, the company who fabricates the countertops currently offers a 12 month same as cash policy. This, for us, was very helpful. We can make regular payments over the next year without paying any interest when paid in full. We would highly recomment Keith’s Kitchen and their staff. They were very helpful and personable. Any questions we had were answered promptly and professionally.”

Kitchen / Family Room Renovation
“A card we sent to them in appreciation tells it all…….
The staff at Keith’s Kitchens:
We just want to say Thank You for our beautiful new kitchen! Not only did you do an outstanding job on the kitchen and remodeling, but you all were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend you to anyone!! Words could never express how happy we are with our new kitchen and family room. We absolutely love it!
Thanks again for everything you did for us.”

Remodel Master Bathroom
“I had planned to remodel my master bathroom. I called Keith’s Kitchens and they were early for the estimate appointment. I was called when the design was compete and went to their facility to examine their work and choose products. Their design was phenomenal but unfortunately family conditions arose and I had to put my house on the market to move home. At this point the cost was prohibitive for resale because the remodel was high end.
I would highly recommend them for design, pricing and ease of working with to design what you want.”

Remodeling – Kitchen & Bathroom
“We found Keith’s Kitchens at the WV Home Show in the Spring of 2012. After looking at a couple of other contractors, we decided to use them because they offered a complete kitchen remodel service, from the design to completion, i.e. they designed the space, made the cabinets in their warehouse, cut the quartz counter tops and installed them, and installed the tile back-splash. The design was created by Terry Lavender with comments from my wife and I. Basically, the contractor designed the space, removed the old kitchen cabinets, appliances, soffit, a pantry, a tile floor and linoleum below that all the way to the sub-floor. They also removed existing lighting, baseboards, entry doors and frames, and an old interior damaged door.
All work was performed by one of Keith’s Kitchens employees named Larry. He is a top-notch carpenter. We has everything in the old kitchen removed and stripped the kitchen clean, even taking out an old pantry, soffits on two walls, and the flooring down to the sub-floor (We contracted separately for a hardwood floor installer to put in the new hardwood flooring which occurred before Keith’s Kitchen started any installation of new cabinets or appliances).
Keith’s Kitchen started within a week of the projected starting date (mid July 2012) and finished within the 8-10 week original projected time-frame by the end of August 2012. Existing cabinets were relocated to a downstairs laundry room by the contractor. In addition, the refrigerator was moved from the kitchen to the garage and hooked up with water for the ice-maker. We were fortunate to be able to have a 2nd stove in the basement and were able to eat in throughout the kitchen remodel!
Larry installed the new cabinets both wall and bases after drywall was completed from the removal of soffit and the pantry. He plumbed the new faucet and dishwasher areas, ran electric for all new lighting, electric outlets, the stove, frig, etc. Larry is a jack of all trades – a master electrician, master plumber, and master carpenter all rolled into one. Keith’s Kitchen is lucky to have such a quality employee. Larry showed up each day at 7:30 and worked through till 3:30. He cleaned up at the end of every day, making the home livable during the evenings. He hung plastic so as to not spread dust throughout the house, and was great with our 2 large mostly indoor Samoyeds.
There were a couple of cabinets that needed to be replaced as they had imperfections. Larry reported the needed replacements and Keith’s Kitchens promptly replaced them before the job was completed. We elected to do the painting so as to save costs. Larry worked with us to give us ample time to paint during the evenings and even brought baseboards several days in advance so that we could paint them at a leisurely pace. We were able to prime and paint the room in one night, so work could continue.
The counter tops took about a week to come in after they were measured for and ordered and in the interim, the final remaining touches were completed.
After the kitchen was completed, there was one cabinet door hinge that broke. Keith’s Kitchens ordered an entire new door and hardware which was installed by Larry a couple of weeks later. We have been very happy with the results of the new kitchen!”

Signed a contract for Keith’s Kitchens to do reconstructing on our kitchen.
“They quoted us about $12,000 less than a different company did. I can’t say enough good things about them. They worked with me on price because I had a set price. There is nothing negative I can say so far. They make their own cabinets. Anytime I have needed to get in contact of them about something I have been able to. We live about 45 minutes away from them and they are going to do the work without charging a surcharge. He has already come to the house three times. They are very down to earth and not uppity like the other company was. I found them at a West Virginia Home Show. The first time he came he was late but I think it was due to traffic or something.”

General Bathroom Remodel
“Repaired whirlpool tub, replaced backsplash; removed old shower and replaced with Corian, glass, and tile, replaced fixtures; replaced laminate counter tops with Corian; built and mounted a new linen cabinet.
One young man, Jerry, did all the work except mounting the glass for the shower. He showed up every day on time, usually took a half hour for lunch, and often stayed late in the evening to complete a phase of the job. He was there every day until the job was finished, except for a two-week hiatus while the glass was being prepared.
Jerry immediately found the problem with the malfunctioning tub: the previous remodelers had not left an access panel, so we could not see that the tub was unplugged from the electrical source. So that was an easy fix. The rest of Jerry’s work was done efficiently and professionally. Every evening before he left the job, he did a thorough cleanup.
Altogether, Keith’s Kitchens did a very nice job.”
